By accessing this website and utilizing our studio rental and photography services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Lumen Studios' services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lumen Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Lumen Studios website and any services offered by us, including but not limited to studio rentals, equipment rentals, photography services, and post-production services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
Lumen Studios provides photo studio rental services, photography services, and related equipment rental. You agree to use the studios and equipment responsibly and in accordance with any guidelines provided by Lumen Studios staff. Misuse of equipment or damage to the studio premises will result in additional charges.
Payment for studio rentals and services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.
Overtime charges will be applied if you exceed your booked time slot. These charges will be calculated based on the hourly rate of the studio rental.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
You retain all rights to the images and videos created during your studio rental. Lumen Studios retains the right to use images and videos of the studio itself for promotional purposes. You agree to not use the Lumen Studios name or logo in any way that could be considered misleading or damaging.
Lumen Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that occurs during your use of our studios or services. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and your guests while on our premises. We recommend carrying appropriate insurance coverage for your photography or videography activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumen Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question. We recommend all clients obtain adequate insurance to cover their activities while using Lumen Studios facilities.
Lumen Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of the site and our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
